1. 基本方針Our approach

2. 取得する個人情報Information we collect

お問い合わせ時:氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号・WhatsApp 番号、仕向国、ご希望の車両、お問い合わせ内容
ご契約時:住所、本人確認書類、送金・請求に関する情報、輸出・通関に必要な情報

When you contact us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, destination country, the car you are looking for and your message. When you sign a contract: address, identity documents, payment and invoicing details, and information required for export and customs.

To answer inquiries and send car proposals and quotes; to conclude and perform sales contracts, including export, shipping and customs documents; for identity checks and transaction records required by the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act; to comply with the law; and, with your consent, to tell you about new cars.

4. 第三者提供・委託Sharing and service providers

法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。輸出業務の遂行に必要な範囲で、船会社、フォワーダー、通関業者、検査機関、陸送業者等に取扱いを委託する場合があり、その際は委託先を適切に監督します。

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. To carry out exports we may entrust it, to the extent necessary, to shipping lines, forwarders, customs brokers, inspection agencies and transport companies, which we supervise appropriately.

5. 外国にある第三者への提供Transfers outside Japan

車両の輸入手続のため、仕向国の通関業者・物流業者等に個人情報を提供する場合があります。その場合は、提供先の国名、当該国の個人情報保護制度および提供先が講じる措置に関する情報を提供したうえで、ご本人の同意を得ます。

For import procedures we may provide personal information to customs brokers or logistics companies in the destination country. Before doing so, we tell you the country, its personal-data protection system and the measures the recipient takes, and ask for your consent.

6. 安全管理措置Security

個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、漏えい等を防止するため、アクセス権限の管理など必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

We take necessary and appropriate measures, such as access control, to prevent unauthorised access to, loss of or leakage of personal information.

7. 開示等の請求Your requests

ご本人から個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止等のご請求があった場合は、ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従い対応します。下記窓口までご連絡ください。
